Early life and education
Khan was born in Karachi, Sindh on November 29, 1981, to a family of Pashtun background. His father was born in Patiala (present-day Punjab, India) whereas his mother’s family was a native of Lucknow (present-day Uttar Pradesh, India), who moved to Pakistan after the 1947 partition of British India. When Khan was young, his father was in pharmaceutical sales, which required the family to live in Athens, Dubai, Riyadh, and Manchester during the Gulf War.
Khan attended Lahore Grammar School and later graduated from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NUCES). While in college, he developed an interest in music and formed the alternative rock band Entity Paradigm, with which he achieved moderate success in Pakistan.
Acting career
Khan began his acting career in 2006 with the television serial Jutt and Bond. He rose to prominence in 2007 with his film debut in Khuda Kay Liye, which was a critical and commercial success. He subsequently starred in several successful television serials, including Dastaan (2010), Humsafar (2011), and Zindagi Gulzar Hai (2012), for which he won the Lux Style Award for Best Actor.
In 2014, Khan made his Bollywood debut in the romantic comedy film Khoobsurat, opposite Sonam Kapoor. He followed this up with roles in Kapoor & Sons (2016) and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016), both of which were box-office successes. Fawad Khan Age Wife Movies and Tv shows
